Equipment
Besides conveyors, our company manufactures the following processing and packaging equipment

Rotary Accumulation Tables
Accumulating round-shaped containers in sizes ranging from pharmaceutical vials to gallon bottles. Rotary tables can be used for empty containers, automatically feeding the filler, or for full bottles during manual boxing operation. The most commonly used rotary disc is 4 feet in diameter, allowing it to accumulate anywhere from dozens to hundreds of containers, depending on their size.

Multi-Strand Accumulation Tables
If you need to accumulate large quantities of product containers, a multi-strand accumulation conveyor is an excellent choice. Because the belts run in opposite directions, containers can circulate on the table, providing a continuous and steady feed to the caser.

Packing Stations
Food manufacturers often need to manually pack certain products into boxes. To support this operation, we provide multi-level workstations designed for efficient and ergonomic packing.
In a typical setup, empty boxes are supplied at the upper level, products are picked up and packed at the middle tabletop level, and filled boxes are conveyed from the lower level for palletizing.
The packing station configuration can be customized to meet the manufacturer’s specific application, production requirements, and available space.

Cutting Stations
As meat carcasses need to be prepared for processing into various cuts, we manufacture sanitary-grade stainless steel cutting stations where multiple operators manually separate meat, fat, and bones for further processing and packaging.

Box / Case Pushers
If you need to change the orientation of a box or case by 90 degrees for labeling or palletizing purposes, our pusher is the ideal solution for this operation. We offer conventional and rake-type pushers designed to minimize floor space requirements. Stack pushers can also be manufactured when needed.

Case Stackers
Milk and beverage cases are transported to distributors or retail stores in stacks. After being filled, the cases are conveyed to a stacker, which forms stacks five or six cases high for subsequent palletizing or truck loading.

Top-Out Unstackers
As dairy plants receive empty milk crates in stacked configurations, the crates must be separated individually before being fed into casers. Our automatic Top-Out Unstackers efficiently and reliably perform this operation, providing a steady, consistent flow of crates to the casing line.

Case Loop-Inverters
Dairy plants and other food processors require plastic cases to be turned upside down for washing. To return the cases to their upright position, we provide loop inverters that allow cases to travel through a continuous loop and rotate entirely by gravity, eliminating the need for powered turning mechanisms.

Debagging Tables
Upon receiving a full bag of empty bottles, food manufacturers need to efficiently place the bottles onto production lines to feed the fillers. Our debagging tables minimize the need for manual labor, providing an efficient and reliable solution for bottle handling and line feeding.

Bottle Spacers
If bottles or round containers need to be separated or spaced out for coding, labeling, or casing, we provide screw-type spacers as well as star-wheel spacers. Each spacer is custom-molded to suit your specific bottle or container.

Package Combiners
If you need to merge two package or bottle lines into a single line, we manufacture combiners that alternate the flow of jugs or bottles, efficiently merging them into a single stream.

Dough Folding
Free-hanging top chain device designed to catch the edge of the dough and fold it over to form a roll.

Vertical Cup Combiners
Two product lines merge into a synchronized vertical stacking mechanism , positioning the product cups directly on top of one another.

Box Dividers
If you need to split the box line, we manufacture box dividers that can feed two casers or palletizers simultaneously.

Pick & Place Robots
Certain operations require precise pick-up and placement of products or packages. We manufacture robotic systems designed to accurately pick, reposition, and place items for further processing.

Micro-Pitch & Nose-Bar Transfers
If the product is small, flimsy, or unstable, our micro-pitch and nose-bar conveyors provide precise, reliable transfers from one production stage to the next.

Swing-Tale Conveyors
Certain food processing facilities require daily washing of both sides of the conveyor belt. For this purpose, we manufacture conveyors equipped with a swing-tail that can be easily flipped up, providing convenient access to the inner surface of the belt for thorough cleaning and sanitation.

Crossover Steps & Platforms.
If your personnel need to cross production lines frequently or require access to elevated equipment, we manufacture crossover walkways, steps, and access platforms customized to your specific floor plan.
